A Bit About Mike Bondi

So you want to know something about me? I'm a finance professional with offices in Orlando, Florida. Serving all fifty states, I specialize in removing the mystery from the mortgage lending process. I'm noted for caring enough about my clients to ensure they receive the information they need to make the best decision about which loan products are right for them.

My wife, Ana and my son Dante are the joys of my life. Ana is a creative person, now completing her Art Instruction Certifications. Dante is a pre-schooler with the energy and happiness of a sports superstar.

I grew up in New York City and began studying magic at a young age. Magic is a fantastic combination of creative and technical energy, and it suites my personality well. Since I was shy as a child, I used magic tricks to help me connect better and make people smile.

As a teenager, I took a summer vacation to Puerto Rico, which ended up being my home for the last years of high school. This was my first taste of learning a new language and it turned out to be a great experience. I speak fluent Spanish to this day.

I returned to the United States and began working on my Bachelor's Degree at the University of Central Florida. Upon completion of my degree, I applied my financial education to the corporate environment. I instantly fell in love with Ana and with the industry - it was like doing magic again - helping people realize their dreams by connecting them with the RIGHT financing to fit their needs.

The mortgage business has become flooded in recent years with questionable companies with green-pea mortgage hustlers and fly-by-night Internet scheisters. I realized that many consumers were fearful and at the same time, some people viewed a mortgage as a commodity.

I strongly believe in helping my clients make informed decisions. By working with them one on one I'm able to deliver personalized mortgage advice, ensure all of the questions are answered, and help them find a loan program specifically tailored to their needs. I'm able to match a loan program with virtually any financial goal!
